Announcements:
The July Meeting took place on Saturday, June 28, 2008.  We had some potential members in attendance, as well as some guests!!  We are glad that you have decided to be a member of this club!

The HCC decided on a blue shirt with the Hoosier Corvette Club logo embroidered on the shirt.  If you have not already ordered a shirt, please see Keith Lyon at the next meeting to get information about ordering.  If you have ordered a shirt, but you have not picked it up or paid for it, please see Keith Lyon.  He had to pay for the shirts when they were finished, so we want to make sure that we all purchase our shirts so that he can regain his costs.  Thanks for your cooperation with this!

We have planned to have the first Hoosier Corvette Club Mystery tour taking place next month on Sunday, August 3, 2008.  For more information, please contact Pat Gilbert at 317-881-8856.  The Mystery Tour will have a stop for lunch and a stop at a winery.

The HCC has chosen to support the ARK Ministries. Information about how you can make a difference in the lives of the homeless through ARK Ministries can be viewed at http://arkministries.zoomshare.com. Thank you for your support of the mission!

The HCC Spring Fling took place on Sunday, May 4 at our new location in Greenwood at the Ray Skillman Classic Car Showroom.  The new location seemed to be a huge success as we had approximately 140 Corvettes!!!  We thank everyone who came out and supported our club.  We had several drawings and raffles that benefited ARK Ministries and  mission trip to New Orleans.  Thank you to Indy Classical Glass, Anderson Corvette Club, Wabash Valley Corvette Club, Columbus Corvette Club, Original Circle City, South Central Corvette Club and Lafayette Corvette Club for bringing your members out to enjoy a day with us!  We also thank the Circle City Corvair Club for bringing their beautiful Corvairs out to the show.  We hope that you enjoyed yourselves and hope to have you back next year!  (I hope that I have not forgot any clubs that were represented, if I did, I promise it was not intentional!)

Events:

The next meeting is on Saturday, August 2 at the Ray Skillman Classic Car Showroom.  The HCC Mystery Tour is taking place on Sunday, August 3, 2008.

As always we look forward to seeing you at the next meeting.  If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions, please contact me at hoosiercorvetteclub@yahoo.com
